PESHAWAR: A high level meeting here on Tuesday at Central Police Office (CPO) for establishing state-of-the-art model police stations equipped with all necessary facilities throughout the province at earliest.
The meeting discussed suitability aspect of establishment of model police stations across Khyber Pakhtunkhwa (KP) and took certain decision in this connection. The meeting was presided over by Additional Interior Gateway Protocol (IGP) Headquarters Mian Muhammad Asif.
Members of United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), NGO Aitbaar and high ranking police officers largely attended the meeting. On the occasion, the NGO Aitbaar was handed over responsibility of establishing model police stations in Peshawar and UNDP in Mardan region.
